In 1987, the arrival of the Rewarding-the-Troops Representatives Group was warmly welcomed by the battle troops. The Representatives Group brought silk banners, tobacco and alcohol, wrist watches and candies as gifts for the soldiers in battle. The Representatives Group also issued this Memorial Medal.
