PRK1 THE ANGKOR DECORATION
  single class – established in 1982, modified in 1989
  For: outstanding achievements and assistance in the building and protection of the People’s Republic of Kampuchea
  Design: solid gold breast badge, oblong 43 x 47mm, with suspension ribbon
    Obverse: a causeway bridge facing the five towered Angkor Wat with rays behind and an ornate design below, all surrounded with a rim of Khmer script – “People’s Republic of Kampuchea” on the first version and “State of Cambodia” on the second version;
    Reverse: plain
  Ribbon: 27mm; yellow 2mm, red 1mm, yellow 2mm, red 4mm, yellow 9mm, red 4mm, yellow 2mm, red 1mm, yellow 2mm (the same ribbon as for the Victory Decoration); folded pentagonally on the first version and straight on the second version
  Device: on the service bar only, a small gold Angkor Wat device, with more detail that the devices on the Order of Victory ribbon bars

The medal is very rare – awarded 20 times in the first version and 30 times in the second version.
