|Obverse:||five sharp pointed star with a large red disk having a small gold star in the center, a light blue cogwheel below, and a rim of gold rice sheaves and a dark blue riband with a gold Lao inscription for revolutionary victory(bah-ti-wat sa-na-luet);|
|Ribbon:||25mm; red 7mm, blue 11mm, red 7mm, with no change for class, and a woven white circle in the center like the flag; in a pentagonal suspension, the ribbon folded opposite from the other LPDR medals,|

The design of this award resembles that of the Medal for Bravery.
