	For:	as title
	Design:	roundish breast badge, gilt with enamesl, xxmm across, with suspension bar
		Obverse:	roundish gild bronze with star above and shocks of gold rice on sides, on a light bulue background with LPDR flag design in center, and part of a cogwheel in white below and a red riband inscribed in Lao with the date 12 October 1975 or 1275 (12 du-lah 75);
		Reverse:	plain
	Ribbon:	suspension to an enameled bar, 28mm, red with blue sides and "30" in white

It was manufactured in Hungary. (Also reported made in Vietnam ?)

	Design:	star badge, gilt with enamesl, xxmm across, as pin
		Obverse:	five point star in red enamel, with 3 small points between each leg, and central disk with shocks of gold rice on sides, on a light bulue background with LPDR flag design in center, and part of a cogwheel in blue below and below a red riband inscribed 1949 / 40 (bi) [years]/ 1989;
		Reverse:	Lao inscription for Lao People's Army (gong-tapb bah-sah-sohn lao)
