three classes - established about June 15, 1966
  For: public servants for a reward for honesty and incorruptibility in performance of their duties
  Design: round breast badge, gold, 40mm across, with suspension ribbon
    Obverse: in the center the kneeling Hanuman, the monkey king, hands crossed and holding a sword, surrounded by a stylized foliage border in gold on a red background; suspended from small knob;
    Reverse: plain
  Ribbon: 35mm; blue 3½mm, yellow 9½mm, red 9mm, yellow 9½mm, blue 3½mm

The title can also be translated as the Order of Loyal Services.

A fair number of these medals have come out of current Cambodia, all without the ribbon.

  Ribbon: 35mm; service bar – with rosette and silver wings
